The Benefits of Herbs You Didn’t Know

Several herbal medicine advocates recommend utilising herbs to improve the health of your liver, which is essential for removing toxins from your system. Furthermore, some study suggests that some herbs may aid in the treatment of liver diseases such as cirrhosis (liver scarring) or infections such as hepatitis B and hepatitis C. (causes of liver inflammation).

Thistle, Milk

According to a 2001 study, milk thistle may help patients with cirrhosis of the liver. Experts found that therapy with milk thistle might lead to a substantial decrease in liver-related mortality after analyzing five clinical studies (with a total of 602 cirrhosis patients).

A 2005 study examined numerous clinical studies with milk thistle in the healing of hepatitis B and C. Despite the fact that the scientists found no indication that milk thistle can help eliminate any kind of hepatitis virus, other study shows that milk thistle may help reduce inflammation linked with hepatitis C and safeguard liver cells from harm.

Burdock

According to a 2000 animal research, burdock (a plant commonly used as a natural detox treatment) may assist protect liver cells from acetaminophen-induced harm. Scientists discovered that antioxidants in burdock may reduce the negative impacts of toxic compounds produced during the metabolism of acetaminophen in mouse experiments.

Other animal studies show that burdock may also help protect the liver from the effects of alcohol use.

Turmeric

According to exploratory study, turmeric may be beneficial in the management of hepatitis B and C. In a 2009 study on liver cells, for example, researchers observed that turmeric extract inhibited the replication of the hepatitis B virus. Meanwhile, a test-tube research published in 2010 found that turmeric extract may help limit the reproduction of the hepatitis C virus.

Ginger

So hot, so delicious, and so adaptable. Ginger has many health benefits, but when it comes to liver health, this root truly shines. Ginger’s anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties are widely acknowledged for their ability to cure and even prevent fatty liver disease. But it is only the beginning. Ginger can help safeguard the liver from the deterioration and injury caused by hepatic fibrosis. To top it all off, ginger-based therapies can be used to combat parasites found in human and animal livers.

Using Herbs to Treat Liver Disease

Due to a shortage of clinical research to substantiate their usage, neither turmeric nor burdock can be advised for the treatment of any form of liver illness at this time. Because scientific evidence for milk thistle’s liver-protective properties is weak, it is likewise premature to prescribe this plant as a primary therapy for liver disorders.

The American Liver Foundation recommends eating a nutritious diet, exercising occasionally, preserving a healthy weight, restricting your alcohol intake, controlling your cholesterol, and washing your hands often to improve your liver health on a daily basis (in order to prevent infection).

Always keep in mind that the results of animal studies cannot be immediately applied to people. If you’re thinking about using herbs for liver health, make sure to check with your doctor first.

Renting out your condo

As real estate business is on the rise, many people are joining the bandwagon and choose to buy their own condominium units. However most owners do not move in right away due to various reasons like the condo unit is an extra property or among others. Many then decide to have their condo units for lease. Such condominiums can be found in Johor Bahru, Klang and Bangsar sub district of Malaysia. But renting a condo unit is not as easy as it seems. Owner cannot just let another person rent the unit and voila receive money easily. There are many processes owners must do first to ensure proper and legal transactions.

There are actually many rules you have to follow once you decide to lease your condo units. As a landlord you are responsible with your tenant’s behaviour. Also you have to know the legalities that come along with renting condo units. You have to make sure you do not ask for more than what you should have or over priced. Since you will be responsible with your tenants, you should inform them of the rules and regulations they have to follow while staying in your condominium and also set boundaries. But before renting out your unit, you have to make sure that the unit is liveable also as tenants are already expecting either a fully-furnished or semi-furnished unit as it is already pre-owned.  Condominium units in Klang, Bangsar, and Johor Bahru, Malaysia make use of professionals regarding this aspect. To make the condo units more pleasing to the eye and to promote their units, they call professionals to do interior designing. This way it is less hassle for the owners.

Regarding the legalities, owners also look for brokers that will assist them in finding as well as managing their condo units unless owners can manage the business full time. Brokers are the main person that transacts with prospect clients or tenants. They are the ones that spend time for possible viewings as well as prepare the contracts needed. They get a share of the monthly rent of course but only appropriate for the jobs they are doing. These brokers or property managers are also responsible for advertisement of your unit. Of course, when you plan to rent out your condo then you have to let other people know, so then comes the property managers. Along with you, they will present your condo to others and make use of advertising platforms to showcase your condo citing amenities available and other selling points of your condo units. As the owner, you must also be one step ahead of your brokers to avoid being deceived.

Condominium units and even apartments available in Klang, Bangsar and Johor Bahru , Malaysia have a lot to offer. Being in a subdistrict, they are easily accessible to other institutions like hospitals, department stores and others. It is only apt for owners to allocate time in managing their condo units properly to make the best out of it and not waste investments instead. Though the real estate business is a growing business opportunity, aspiring landlords must also assess risks involved in this type of investment. Do market research and gauge ability before starting out to avoid future problems and complications.

Oh, Ramadan!

so mean-looking.

“Nope, I always paid 4,”

BOR: Andalus

The Battles of Ramadhan Series:

The Conquest of Al-Andalus

1. A bit disappointed with the production,
a. 100mb for no visual and nothing but a voice (save some quranic quotations) – quite a waste of bandwith.
b. they never stated the source of their story (which is very important).
c. they should’ve mentioned clearly in their trailer that it’s nothing but a story telling.

2. However, I admire their efforts, besides it’s not really that bad, I’ve watched (heard I guess) the whole video of The Conquest of Al-Andalus and I don’t find it as a waste of time. (contrary to this one), but they really should have made more use of the screen, write some important facts so that we can gain better knowledge.

3. Go Here and experience it yourself, enjoy it =)…
