Sedan Car
An automobile with a closed body (i.e., a fixed metal roof) and separate compartments for the engine, passengers, and luggage is referred to as a sedan. A car with this design is referred to as a saloon in British English. The sedan is the most common type of car body, which is characterized by distinct compartments for the engine, passengers, and trunk as well as roomy back seats.
Pillars are used in the design of sedans, which sets them apart from convertibles. They also have permanently enclosed passenger compartments. They have typically been described as having four doors, despite the fact that “four-door coupes” and “two-door sedans” are both available (differentiating them from smaller two-door coupes).
Types of Sedan

Large Family/Mid-Size Sedan. A typical Sedan of this type has a length of 4,700–4,900 mm with a 6-cylinder engine with a displacement of 2.0 or 3.5 litres. Hatchback Car
A hatchback is a two- or four-door car with a tailgate that could open upward. It comes with four doors and a flip-up hatch at the back is built with a two-box body for the engine and passengers or freight. But there have been several changes made to the hatchback in current times. It has grown more challenging to discern between a hatchback and other car categories due to finer lines in its design and optimizing space and usability (i.e. sedan, coupe, etc.).
Their roofs slope into what might be mistaken for a tiny trunk, giving them seductive lines. Manufacturers refer to some of these vehicles as four-door coupes because of their low, fastback rooflines, which resemble those of vintage two-door sports coupes or sports cars.
